We've been hard at work improving the tools used by community admins. Here are the main improvements:

💌 Application & Invitation Center is out of beta

From now on anyone can active the Application Center. This will give you a unique, public URL that residents can use to apply for membership. The idea is to make life easier for admins, by letting residents do more of the work.

🧰 Maintenance: Facility Management in Beta

This week we start testing our solution for Support tickets, Helpdesk, Maintenance, and Facility Management. Ok, so as you can hear, we're still testing the name. But here's what you can do so far:

• Users can report incidents in their own home or public areas
• Admin can giv access to incidents list
• Admin can edit which parameters make up an incident
• Incidents can be updated, and resident notified

🎨 Styling: Replace illustrations (Pro feature)

We love our illustrations. But some of our communities have asked for more customisation options, and we hear you. So now you can replace the illustrations in the app with ones that match your own brand better.

🔔 Notifications

We've made substantial updates to our notifications system. Some users had trouble getting them, but now everyone should be included. You'll also get a little counter on your app icon, but we're not completely done with this.
